Well it doesn't mean that you don't talk at all but you need to nod & smile, paraphrase their words, follow their flow of thoughts & listen to the hidden meaning rather than the words themselves. That's what a good listener does. :)
Create Opportunities For People To Help Us.
By helping because "helping one another creates better relationships among people". :)
Learn To Compliment Others.
"Flattery creates distrust". Be observant & look out for opportunities to praise others. We need to appreciate people around us all the time, not only at farewells. :)
